(2) Conradi Dice Box: Display a small wooden box containing three dice.
Ask a spectator to freely select one of the dice.
Remove the selected die, and clearly show that there are now only two dice inside the box
Cover the box. Then, in a wink, the selected die vanishes from your hands!
When you open the box, the die has returned!

(3) Stick-It: An unbelievable routine showing a prediction on the back of any card named by a spectator.
A spectator chooses a card, for example, the 3 of Diamonds.
Invite another spectator to name a different card, for example, the 6 of Clubs.
Run through the deck and locate the 6 of Clubs. On the back of the 6 of Clubs is a sticker that has the 3 of Diamonds written on it.
Everything can then be examined.

(4) Nu Way Watch Box: Max Suko is a classic performer who has a keen mind when it comes to tweaking standard effects. His Nu Way Watch Box is an excellent example of out-of-the-box thinking!
Study the photo of this neat effect. There are no secret openings, no trap doors, no magnets, nothing that will lead a spectator onto the clever secret. Nothing is added or taken away. Yet, a borrowed watch, ring, wallet, etc. can be vanished and somehow produced from within the locked chest.
The chest lid is secured by a flat brass plate which is further locked by a small padlock. After the spectator's watch is vanished, the chest is brought forward and it is clearly seen that the chest is locked by virtue of the brass plate and lock.
The lock and brass plate are removed and the spectator is allowed to remove the lid only to find his missing item.

(6) The Gate – Volume 2 – Martin Adams: This book contains six more mentalism routines, most completely impromptu! All the routines are audience tested and come from Martin's repertoire!
Sweet: Several spectators attempt to guess how many candies are in a jar. Only one will guess the exact amount correctly. An envelope on stage contains a prediction matching that number as well as a description of that spectator. As an added treat, all the spectators' guesses are tallied and when divided by the number of spectators it equals the exact number of candies in the jar!
The Time Has Come... One of Martin's favorite close-up routines. A truly classic mentalism piece with an emotional twist.
Stalker: The spectator is asked to think of and name any card. A deck is handed to the spectator to shuffle and then spread out on a table, face-down. The spectator is then asked to freely choose any card and slide it towards the performer. The rest of the cards are turned face up to show that they are all indeed different. When the selected card is turned over, it matches the thought of card exactly!
Direct Peek Envelope: Martin shows you how to construct an envelope that he uses in his QnA routines without the use of billet switch, fake questions, a pre-show or impression device.
Casino: You predict a spectator's imaginary trip to a casino, their spin on the roulette wheel and their winning blackjack hand.

(11) Espionage – Secret Intelligence: Infiltrate your spectators' minds. Totally impromptu. No sleight of hand. Consists of three separate impromptu routines that can stand alone, or be performed in succession making up a full 7-10 minute impromptu performance. This is a sleight-free, ungimmicked, spur-of-the-moment, grab whatever you see, and know or predict what the spectator will do with each object set of routines.
Covert Ops: A spectator hides three different borrowed coins in three different locations, such as her pockets, closed fists, or any other concealed locations. Without any fishing, guessing or uncertainty, you will be able to know exactly what coin is where with 100% accuracy
Secret Service: Spectator places three different borrowed objects in three different locations (pockets, hands, table, wallet, etc.). It could not be more fair as they continue to have free choices throughout. The performer then shows a written prediction he made that has been in play from the very beginning. It correctly predicts the location of each object. Only one prediction is used, it is never switched, and never misses.
Spy Tech: In its basic form, three or four different objects are removed from three or four different locations and match the exact locations that the spectator thinks of. Locations can be anywhere such as the performer's pockets, or fists, or even another spectator's pockets or fists.
Espionage is full of simple but unique impromptu principles and methods, and full of on-the-spot possibilities Use it with props from your favorite tricks for smooth routining. Covert Prediction: A prediction is given to the spectator to hold. She then conceals three coins in three different places. Upon reading the prediction, she finds that the performer knew exactly which coins she would put in which places. Simple, fair, and direct.
Spy Deck: Three different playing cards are freely named by one or multiple spectators. Another spectator thinks of a different color back design for each named playing card (i.e. red back, blue back, black back, etc.). Not only does the performer predict each freely named playing card, but also the different color back design thought of for each named card.
