Last week we switched everyone over to html format. In theory it should have been smooth as silk. Everyone would get the graphically-rich html format and life would be good. If only. It seems that because of some code errors in the html format, some folks got it just fine, but some folks only got the top box and that’s all. We have spent the best part of this week working on the problems (with the help of web guru and all around nice guy Richard Robinson) and it looks like everyone who wants the html format will get it properly. That having been said, there are some folks who do prefer the text-only format. I understand and want to oblige. If you are getting the html format and would prefer the text-only format, just drop me a note and I will be happy to switch you back to text-only. Fair enough?
On the home front®, Aron is back from Gainesville for the next 10 days. He has been working really hard this summer, taking a couple of needed courses so that he will graduate on time. His courses have ended, and first semester doesn’t start until the end of August, so we brought him home for some well-deserved rest and relaxation. It’ll be great to see him!

Approach the spectator and remove a Joker or any card out of the deck. "We will use this as the wild card but we'll get back to that in a moment. Please will you select any card?" The spectator has a free choice of any card; nothing is forced. The selected card then gets lost in the deck.

With a closer examination the spectator sees that her initials are now on the selected card. Now you go in for the kill. "If that card changed in my hand then the picture in your hand should have changed too…"
Big reaction as the spectator realizes that she saw you take a picture of a Joker with her initials on it and it changed to their selected card with their initials on it.
This effect is huge, and it's a worker.
